Think your band has what it takes? Join local artists from across the Charlotte area for a night of original music, incredible performances, and community. All participating bands will attend a required sound check on October 15, with the competition taking place on October 16.

The Charlotte Battle of the Bands is a celebration of Charlotte's original music scene, bringing together local artists for an evening of live performances and community. Whether you're an emerging band or a seasoned act, this is your chance to perform in front of a live audience, connect with other musicians, and compete for the title of Charlotte Battle of the Bands Champion!
The audience decides the winner. Every ticket holder will have the opportunity to vote for their favorite performance, making this a true fan-powered competition. Bring your supporters, make new fans, and leave it all on the stage.
Performance Format
Bands will perform 1–2 original songs (the final number of songs will depend on the total number of registered bands).
