Feminist Book Club

We are gathering a small but mighty group of women, trans+ and gender diverse adults passionate about reading and all things feminist.  

We meet the 3rd Wednesday of every month at 7:30-8:30 on Zoom.  Participation is free. A donation to We Rock Charlotte is welcome and would help with snacks, beverages and keeping the lights on for us.  

Your book club leaders are Lonna and Lacey! They serve on the leadership team for We Rock Charlotte and love reading. We encourage attendees to read the book in advance but if life gets in the way, we totally understand. As long as you leave the discussion wanting to read the book, we call that a win. ​ 

We highly suggest you secure a copy of this months book title via the Charlotte Mecklenburg Library or your favorite, locally-owned bookstore. If you're interested in borrowing from the library, please email Lonna at lvines@cmlibrary.org with your library card number (she can hook you up with a card, if you don't have one) and she will do her best to get us access to copies.  Happy Reading!
