This build-a-band fundraiser, puts adults in bands (all genders/ ages 21+). Each band will have 4 weeks to come up with 10 minutes of material to perform at an epic battle of the bands concert, all while raising funds for the raddest little nonprofit in the QC!
FILM program & mission
At We Rock Charlotte, youth learn much more than how to rock!
Our film curriculum teaches these diverse individuals to learn, create, and collaborate through creative exploration. We provide lessons, workshops, and activities that build allyship and empower youth to tell their stories.
This community is a safe space for campers to explore and affirm their identities, using positive and inclusive language across all genders, races, ethnicities, socio-economic levels, immigration statuses, abilities (physical, cognitive and mental), and more.
By uniting film education with social justice programs, We Rock Charlotte teaches youth to stand up for themselves and each other as artists, activists, and allies.
We invite all girls and gender diverse individuals to make disruptive change and rock with us!
cancelation policy
We understand that plans may change for some of our campers and their families. There are waitlists for our camps, so we greatly appreciate notice as soon as possible when plans change.
90+ days before 1st day of camp = Full tuition refund
60+ days before 1st day of camp = 50% tuition refund
30+ days before 1st day of camp = 25% tuition refund
Less than 30 days before 1st day of camp = No refund
